Three Cities in Five Days

As the school year is about to start, I'm here with the biggest post vacation blues. My last trip of the summer was to Miami, Florida. I might have taken a few detours while I was there, but you'll have to keep reading to find out where! Rasha and I decided to end the summer the way any pair of besties would. We stayed at the Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort in Sunny Isles. I wanted to steer clear of the hustle and bustle of South Beach since we tend to be on the extremely low key side of things. There were no regrets with this decision because it turned out to be easily accessible, had plenty of food options across the street, and was still blessed with pristine waters. It was like having a piece of the Caribbean in the US. We weren't complete beach bums though because we did make our way to the Wynwood Arts District as well. Crazy for Cancun

At the end of every summer, my entire family gathers for an annual family vacation. Now we've been going to Orlando for the past seven or so years. I know, I know - you're probably wondering, "Doesn't it get a little repetitive going to exact same place every year?" You're right, it does. So for this year's family vacation, I managed to convince my entire family to go somewhere new. This year's destination? Mexico! We stayed at Now Jade Riviera Cancun , which is located in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. It is an amazing family-friendly resort that's away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun if you are ever looking for something along those lines for all the kiddos in your life. During our six days there, I managed to squeeze in three different excursions. You'll find all the information (and pictures) below!
